+ infos: Benjamin Graindorge is one of the emerging talents in French design today, graduating from ENSCI - Studio in 2006. Some of his accolades include his project "Domestic Landscape", sponsored by the VIA in 2007 and his selection two years in a row for the festival Design Parade, in Hyeres, where he collaborated with Mathieu Lehanneur, the RADI designers, and Eric Jourdan, before consecutively winning the Cinna competition and the Audi Talent Award in the Design category.
From July to December of 2009, Benjamin Graindage was a guest at the Kujoyama villa in Japan. He also participated in the exhibition "Drawing Design" at the Museum of Decorative Arts in Paris, where his preparatory drawings were displayed. Most recently, Benjamin has been working with Gallery YMER&MALTA to create one of a kind pieces in limited editions, and, along with Francois Bauchet, he is creating the scenography for the upcoming International Design Biennale 2010, which takes place this November.
Since his graduation, Benjamin has sought to maintain a broad range of activity in his design practice. He works to combine research and practice, experimentation and the pragmatic in a world that hovers between the scientific and the dreamlike.
